We have resolved the issues related to payments syncing and payments can now sync from Plantiful to QuickBooks again. For any payments that were made during this outage, if they have not yet synced to QB, please initiate a new sync from the related invoice(s).

Intermittent cache issue

UPDATE: 2025-08-14 9:45 Eastern: We have implemented a fix and are monitoring the results
We're getting reports of various errors including the following:
- A client-side exception has occurred...
- Module XXXXX was instantiated because...
- Failed to load chunk /_next/static/chunks...
It seems that hard refreshing the website helps
- PC: control + shift + R
- Mac: command + shift + R
Our team is actively working on identifying the root of the problem and developing a fix.
